About The Position

Join a family-owned automotive leader with 70+ years of excellence. As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll be the go-to resource for our technicians and retail customers — providing fast, accurate, and friendly parts service that keeps our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior automotive retail/wholesale parts experience preferred (Tekion experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Check in and stock incoming parts orders accurately
• Pull, organize, and distribute parts to technicians promptly
• Look up parts in catalogs, create quotes, and process invoices
• Place special orders and monitor backorders or upgrades
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Support management with damage or shortage claims
• Coordinate wholesale deliveries and returns
• Scrap warranty and obsolete parts as needed
