Responsibilities
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers both wholesale and retail.
- Receive and stock incoming parts orders.
- Keep inventory organized and accurate
- Process special orders, returns and warranties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
