About The Position
The Parts Counterperson will be an essential member of the White Family Dealerships team in Orrville, OH, responsible for managing parts inventory and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting our operations by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and parts catalogs.
- Proficient with computer systems and inventory software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Previous experience in parts counter sales or inventory management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians in locating and selecting the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure availability of parts.
- Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish inventory as needed.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and support to customers regarding parts compatibility and usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.
