Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively use a computer, email, and other internet based systems
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers at our back counter in determining correct parts needed
• Assist external customers at front counter in determining correct parts needed
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials
• Use database to locate or order parts
• Process credit card transactions
• Schedule appointments for install of special-order parts
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers
• Maintain organization and a neat work environment
