About The Position

Madison Honda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our professional service team in Clinton, NJ. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $19 and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven company.

Requirements

• One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership setting
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
• Proficient in computer use
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean or near clean driving record
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and process billing for parts
• Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
• Stock shelves to ensure parts availability
• Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phone inquiries
• Conduct parts inventory management through bin counts and accurate record keeping
• Perform parts pick-up and delivery as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
