• Assist service technicians and retail customers in finding the exact parts they need.
• Use electronic catalogs to source parts and manage stock levels.
• Handle high-volume inquiries via phone and in-person with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure parts are billed correctly and emergency orders are handled fast.
