The position also requires assisting service technicians with parts for repairs, ordering necessary parts, notifying customers of received parts, and ensuring proper procedures for charging out parts and issuing credits are followed. A key aspect of this role is providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers, including other dealership departments. Additionally, the Parts Counterperson is responsible for maintaining a clean work area, replenishing inventory, staying updated on products, participating in training, and assisting with lost sale tracking.
