As a Parts Counterperson at Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Rhinelander, WI, you will utilize customer service and organizational skills to assist technicians and customers in acquiring the correct parts for vehicle repairs and needs. This is a base plus commission position with an annual earning potential of $45,000-$50,000+. While previous automotive parts experience is preferred, it is not strictly required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle
Create and modify purchase orders
Work with technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete vehicle repairs
Must be able to work manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine the correct parts and pricing
Process and close open invoices
Must maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments
Must maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter
