About The Position

Join a fast-paced, high-energy parts department where no two days are the same. As a Parts Counterperson, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers and technicians—keeping things running smoothly while delivering great service. You’ll work alongside a fun, highly motivated team led by a manager with 30 years of experience (all with our company), bringing unmatched knowledge and a supportive environment. Enjoy a steady schedule: Monday–Friday 9–6, plus every 4th Saturday—with the following Friday off for a built-in 3-day weekend. Kings Ford, Inc. is an automotive dealership in Cincinnati, OH. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive parts or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the parts purchasing process with confidence and accuracy
  • Assist both retail and wholesale customers in finding the right parts and accessories
  • Partner with the Parts Manager to quickly source and secure out-of-stock items
  • Manage special orders from request to delivery, keeping customers informed every step of the way
  • Support service technicians by locating and delivering parts quickly to keep repairs on track
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Keep inventory organized, accurate, and fully stocked
  • Maintain a friendly, team-first attitude while upholding company standards
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
