About The Position
Flatirons Imports is a family-owned dealership that has been serving the Boulder community since 1954. We are proud of our "Best Car Dealer" awards and our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are seeking an organized, personable individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Representative, who will be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly in the parts department.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a parts counter, automotive, or related retail role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, positive demeanor
- Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and phone skills
Nice To Haves
- DealerTrack experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help customers and technicians find exactly the right parts for the job
- Answer calls, provide price quotes, and share info with a friendly, knowledgeable touch
- Review body shop estimates to make sure parts and pricing line up correctly
- Keep display cases and counters organized and well-stocked
- Pull and fill orders from stock, and keep paperwork moving efficiently
- Flag out-of-stock parts or shop materials to the Parts Manager so nothing holds up the team
- Make sure all internal parts requests are properly billed to the service repair order
