About The Position

Fury Motors is looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Forest Lake team. In this role, you will help customers and technicians get the correct parts quickly and accurately while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department. Whether you are an experienced parts professional or someone with strong automotive knowledge who is ready to grow, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s driving requirements
Ability to make parts deliveries and pickups as needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive parts or dealership experience
General automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle systems
Experience using manufacturer parts catalogs
Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack

Responsibilities

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests
Identify and source automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems
Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately
Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns
Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations
Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups as needed
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and other team members
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Parts Department
