About The Position
Ancira Partners Chevy GMC Cuero is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal departments with parts identification, ordering, and fulfillment while delivering excellent service in a friendly, quality-oriented dealership environment. Automotive parts experience is required, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Automotive parts experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Customer service–oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with CDK strongly preferred
- Inventory experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Identify correct parts using dealership systems and manufacturer resources
- Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in dealership systems
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with Service, Sales, and Parts team members
