About The Position
The International Autos Group is looking for a parts counter person to help our busy shop and outside parts sales. This is an opportunity for individuals working for a third-party distributor seeking the structure and stability of a New Car Dealership, or for those in existing parts departments not receiving adequate recognition. The company is expanding due to high demand and record months, requiring continued extraordinary service for customers and technicians. They are seeking team players ready to join a growing organization with a history of internal promotions. The International Autos Group is a family-owned group of dealerships serving customers in Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Chicago, Northwest Indiana, and Minnesota. The organization was founded by Frank Mauro in 1968, and his work ethic has been passed down through generations, including his son Ralph and grandson Francis, who are all involved in the auto industry. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic

- Experience with auto parts sales
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
