About The Position

Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced 2nd shift Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of Hagerstown heavy truck dealership. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to work 2nd shift

Nice To Haves

• One-Two years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
