About The Position
Kenworth of DC in Landover is searching for a Parts Counter representative to assist customers. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus!
Requirements
- Heavy duty experience is a plus!
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
- All other duties as assigned
