About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Part-Time Parts Counter person for their Freightliner of Elkton heavy truck dealership. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 2 pm - 7 pm. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales of parts, sourcing parts as needed for quick fulfillment, meeting sales and gross profit goals, ordering parts according to dealership procedures, and maintaining special order parts for the service department. The position also requires resolving customer problems to maintain excellent customer service, keeping the work area clean and safe, and participating in ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes. Additionally, the role involves providing written quotes to customers and processing cores/warranties according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
