About The Position
We’re hiring a Parts Counter member to join our team at Packer City/UP International. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in the military or automotive industry, or those who are energized, self-starting individuals with initiative. Requirements
- Organization and attention to detail is a must.
- None required
- Good driving record.
- Competency in basic computer functions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the military or automotive industry
- CDL helpful, but not necessary
- Operation of forklift helpful, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and wait on walk in customers
- Learn the parts catalog
- Complete all necessary parts training
- Assist with processing and filling the salesman's orders
- Assist with set up and tear down of parts displays
- Assist with shipments as they arrive
- Stock the product once it is processed
- Stock shelves as needed from the overstocked area
- Keep shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
