Requirements

  • Forklift certification or willingness to complete training.
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and improvements.
  • Collaborate with management and coworkers on work-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assess customer parts needs, both via phone and in-person.
  • Research and input parts orders into the computer system.
  • Pull parts from the warehouse for customers at the counter.
  • Place backorders with vendors and create accurate purchase orders.
  • Stock incoming orders and pull parts for service requests.
  • Complete cycle inventory counts.
  • Assist the Parts Manager with various tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse.
  • Help prepare for parts inventory.
  • Perform clerical tasks like filing, answering phones, etc.
