About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for their Freightliner of York heavy truck dealership. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales of parts, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
