Parts Counter & Warehouse Associate

Milton CATPortland, ME
Onsite

About The Position

This is a hybrid position where you'll be part of the full parts operation—helping customers, supporting technicians, and keeping inventory moving. If you like variety, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps everything running, this role is a great fit. You will split your time between customer interaction and hands-on warehouse work, with no sitting at a desk all day or doing the same task all shift. This role keeps you engaged and moving, helping customers and technicians get the right parts, supporting shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, and playing a key role in keeping jobs moving and equipment running. You will work closely with parts, service, and warehouse teams in a collaborative environment with clear communication, where everyone is working toward the same goal. Milton CAT is privately held, stable, and growing since 1960, with a long-tenured workforce across departments and consistent, year-round work. You will work with a leading brand, Caterpillar, one of the most recognized brands in the industry, with access to strong systems, tools, and training.
