About The Position

This role involves implementing appropriate sales practices, maintaining customer satisfaction, demonstrating a professional attitude, and providing sales support functions. The salesperson will demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications, offering technical advice, troubleshooting, and helping customers solve vehicle-related problems. They will also process customer stock orders and check in store stock orders.

Requirements

• Previous customer service skills, sales skills or excellent people skills that support a customer engaged rapport.
• Any automotive parts experience or automotive mechanical skills that support the sales process by being able to communicate and locate 'the right part the first time'.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift 50-60 lbs frequently throughout the day, bend, twist and put away pallets of stock.
• Valid ODL and good driving record may be required in stores requiring back up delivery functions in a sales role.
