About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at S & L Motors Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram located at Highway 29/32 8 minutes west of Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technicians, service advisors and customers seeking automotive parts and accessories, delivering exceptional service and helping to maintain an efficient parts inventory. Your expertise and friendly approach will ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall success of our dealership.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to use computerized parts ordering and inventory systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and parts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the parts counter.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle parts and inventory.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking parts as needed.
- Provide warranty support and handle returns or exchanges.
- Communicate effectively with service department and other staff to support operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area.
