About The Position

Join our team as a Parts Counter Salesperson, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our parts department. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, and stocking parts and accessories, assisting service technicians with parts needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the parts department remains organized and efficient.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Working knowledge of parts and machinery.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the John Deere Parts Catalog is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts and accessories to meet their needs.
Provide timely parts support to service technicians.
Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
Help maintain attractive merchandise displays and a clean, organized parts department.
Monitor inventory shortages, communicate issues, and expedite resolutions.
Maintain departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental success.
