Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Solid communication skills

Nice To Haves

Computer literacy
Interest or experience in sales and the Powersports industry

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all walk-in guest inquiries with excellent service and provide add-on suggestions.
Utilize Lightspeed for building invoices, cashiering, locating and looking up parts, and as a follow-up tool.
Track all pending orders and follow up with guests on arrival or ETA of parts.
Maintain the parts sales floor and assigned sections, ensuring they are clean, organized, and that older/overstocked inventory is merchandised appealingly.
Ensure a proper handover of guests from Motorcycle sales personnel, log information, provide business cards, and follow up.
Count pertinent inventory on hand and report accurate quantities to the supervisor daily.
Complete all online OEM and Product training pertinent to the position.
Review daily checklist.
Restock parts products.
Assist guests with returns or exchanges.
Serve as back-up parts phone/apparel sales personnel.
Research and stay up-to-date with all current model year units and new products.
Continually train and review basic selling skills and advance closing techniques.
Consistently research new sales opportunities to grow over-the-counter sales or generate new leads.
Prepare station with necessary Parts catalogues and manuals for call efficiency.
Assist parts counter with S.O. pick-ups.
Process warranty claims on products.
