Requirements

• Experience in parts counter sales, parts advisor, or automotive parts department preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and components
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Strong skills in automotive parts sales, inventory management, customer service, and parts lookup.
• Experience assisting technicians and customers, managing parts orders, and maintaining organized inventory systems.
• Knowledge of dealership parts operations, parts catalogs, and inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to identify automotive parts, process transactions, and support service department efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts selection and sales
• Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems
• Manage parts orders, inventory, and stock levels
• Process parts transactions, invoices, and payments
• Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas
• Work closely with service and sales departments
• Ensure accurate and timely parts delivery and availability
