About The Position

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring a Parts Counter Sales representative for our Atlanta South (College Park), GA location. As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone. You will handle sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, upsell companion part requirements and specials, and make outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts. Parts preparation, including order filling from stock, is also a key responsibility. We are a network of commercial truck dealerships committed to providing the best products and services through highly skilled associates who are focused on delivering the lowest life-cycle cost to our customers. Spanning the Southeast and Midwest United States, we provide sales, parts, and service for several leading brands, including Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, GMC, Ford, Hino, and Kalmar Ottawa.

Requirements

One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
MS Office and computer literacy
Team-player attitude at all times!
Customer-focused service approach
Problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Automotive Industry experience preferred
