About The Position
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to assist customers in a store environment with their product needs. The role involves waiting on customers, answering questions, and providing support for HVAC parts and products. A background in the HVAC industry is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong drive to learn.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to be on your feet most of the day.
- Able to climb, push, pull with full use of arms and legs.
- Able to read, write and communicate clearly in the English language.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Intermediate computer knowledge.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug/alcohol screen.
Nice To Haves
- A background in the HVAC industry.
- Bi-lingual ability.
Responsibilities
- Wait on customers in a store environment to help them with any questions or needs concerning products.
- Be mechanically inclined.
- Have a willingness to learn and attend training sessions.
- Research product and parts using internet, catalogs, and other software.
