Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the dealership’s system.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure parts counter is organized and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with service and repair departments to fulfill parts requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about parts updates, product changes, and dealership promotions.
