Requirements

  • Experience in parts, automotive, industrial, or material handling preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering
  • Provide solution-based recommendations based on equipment needs
  • Process orders, quotes, and invoices with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels and organization
  • Work closely with service technicians and operations teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation are accurate and complete
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
