Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Upselling companion part requirements and specials. Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts. Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Requirements

  • One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
  • MS Office and computer literacy
  • Team-player attitude at all times!
  • Customer-focused service approach
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
  • High school diploma
  • Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

  • Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
