About The Position

The Parts Counter Sales Representative assists customers and service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts inventory systems.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift, bend, and work in a parts department environment.

Nice To Haves

Parts sales, customer service, warehouse, or equipment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing correct replacement parts.
Research parts using manufacturer catalogs, inventory systems, and other resources.
Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and manage customer orders.
Receive and follow up on parts inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and inventory counts.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
