About The Position

RideNow Powersports Boulder is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to provide top-tier service. This role involves assisting customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts, delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone, and accurately managing customer and inventory information. The associate will also be responsible for receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming parts, maintaining clean and well-organized displays, keeping customers updated on orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

1+ year experience in parts retail
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

dealership experience preferred
Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
