About The Position

RideNow Powersports Boulder is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their growing team. This role involves receiving, unpacking, verifying, and accurately logging incoming shipments of parts and accessories, ensuring products are correctly stocked, and maintaining the inventory system. The associate will also coordinate outbound shipments, participate in inventory counts, and support the parts counter, service team, and general parts department operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
  • All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Experience with inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, verify, and accurately log incoming shipments of parts and accessories
  • Ensure products are correctly stocked in designated bins and storage areas
  • Maintain and update the inventory system to reflect real-time data and accurate stock levels
  • Coordinate outbound shipments following specific carrier instructions (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Support parts counter and service team as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general parts department operations as assigned
