About The Position
Hiley Mazda is seeking a Parts Counter Representative. Join our team and have an abundance of customers out of the gate! You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $50,000 to $70,000 per year with our pay plans.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position.
- Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
- We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Completely document requests and orders.
- Assist retail customers and technicians with ordering including reading schematics.
- Follow up with customers to keep them informed on order status.
- Manage inventory, including ordering out of stock parts.
- Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
- Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
