BMW Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join their team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Parts Counter Representative, the individual will support both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on morale of department, dealership, and organization
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • One-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Possess a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent
  • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one year's experience working in the service drive or at an auto parts retailer or wholesaler
  • ASE Certification
  • i-Car Certification
  • Specific manufacturer's certification
