About The Position
OPEN ROAD is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Parts Counter Rep. to join our team of automotive professionals. As a Parts Counter Rep your primarily focus is on getting the right parts to the right people at the right time and engaging with customers as the face of OPEN ROAD throughout the day.
Requirements
- Team oriented
- Customer Centric
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Basic PC knowledge
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Strength to lift 60 lbs of merchandise
- Previous auto parts experience a must
- Dealership experience a must
Nice To Haves
- Reynolds experience a plus
- GM/Chevrolet/GMC Parts Certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Manage New Business Relationships
- Building long-term relationships with the customers
- Handling cash charge transactions correctly
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
- Lifting merchandise up to 60 lbs for deliveries
- Follows all Safeguards and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
