About The Position

Serra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts counter person to join their team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable commute required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Provide accurate pricing and product information
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Support team operations during high-volume periods
