Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred
Parts sales experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Work closely with service technicians to identify and supply needed parts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service
Process parts orders, invoices, and inventory transactions accurately
Follow up on special orders and ensure timely customer communication
Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department
Demonstrate initiative and follow-through on customer requests and department responsibilities
