Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive parts experience preferred
Dealership experience a plus

Responsibilities

Primary contact between the parts department and the service department for the sale of parts and accessories.
Direct customer contact at the parts counter, during a service appointment, and on the phone.
Work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure that we have the parts and tools we need for the day, week, and month.
Do daily cashing out for customers and follow up on any outstanding issues or parts.
Ensure that all records for repair orders, insurance estimates, and special orders are kept in an orderly manner and are followed up on daily.
Participate in consistent training for employees to ensure they stay current on all in-house and manufacturers' standards.
