About The Position

Brooks Range Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Counter Clerk to join their team in Prudhoe Bay. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and providing excellent service to internal and external customers. The Parts Counter Clerk supports efficient workflow by maintaining organized inventory and assisting with parts requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts handling, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
• Experience in automotive or construction industries is a plus
• Pass a 7-year criminal background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with company drug & alcohol program
• Pass a pre-employment physical (includes climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in person and over the phone, assisting with parts identification and orders
• Process orders, pull parts, and complete invoicing accurately
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked parts counter and warehouse area
• Ensure inventory is properly tracked and stored
• Support operational efficiency by delivering timely and accurate service
