About The Position
George Gee Cadillac KIA is looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team! Requirements
- 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred)
- Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering
- Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles
- Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS)
- Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience
- Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing
