About The Position
Mark Mazda is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our growing parts department. This position supports both retail and wholesale customers, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, knowledgeable, and committed to accuracy. The schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Requirements
- Automotive dealership parts experience is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalogs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with retail and wholesale parts sales preferred
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Identify and source the correct OEM parts for customer and technician needs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
