About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for their Freightliner of Harrisburg heavy truck dealership. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales of parts, sourcing parts as needed for speedy fulfillment, and meeting sales and gross profit goals. The position requires ordering parts according to dealership procedures, maintaining special order parts for the service department, and resolving customer problems to ensure excellent customer service. The Parts Counter person will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, participating in ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes, providing written quotes to customers, and processing cores/warranties according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
