Requirements
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency and inventory management experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Honda or import dealership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Research, identify, and recommend correct Honda parts and accessories
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and help stock incoming shipments
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Promote maintenance items, accessories, and additional products when appropriate
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused
