The Parts Coordinator II is responsible for parts and inventory management, and administration in a Shop environment. This role is vital for one of the largest and most recognizable names in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Maintenance and Supply Chain Services in the World. The position involves executing parts inventory management processes including physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pickup and delivery, and stocking inventory. It also includes processing invoices, maintaining records and statistics for inventory control, ordering supplies, managing parts obsolescence, and handling shipping for warranty and parts returns to vendors. The coordinator is also responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the parts room.
