Under general supervision, the Parts Coordinator is responsible for shipping and receiving all parts or merchandise via parcel services, ensuring all service orders are shipped with proper tracking information. The Parts Coordinator will also receive all purchase orders (PO’s) from the parcel service area, pick, prep, and store merchandise, process missing parts, and convert non-sellable items back to sellable status while adhering to all safety guidelines. Duties include being punctual and prepared, retrieving and dispositioning non-sellable items to make them sellable again, and potentially fulfilling secondary duties such as ordering parts from vendors, maintaining contact with factory representatives to ensure parts are within allowable ranges and active statuses, and performing other management-directed tasks.
