The Parts Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while proactively managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner, aligning with the production schedule and vehicle needs. The coordinator will work with vendors, manage inventory, enter invoices into the Management Information System (MIS), track parts, communicate price changes, and ensure proper financial reconciliation to maintain profit margins.
