About The Position

The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for providing counter service to all customers, receiving and shipping of parts and materials, stocking, processing requisitions (including SAP requirements), processing work orders as necessary through the SAP system, cycle counting of inventory through the SAP system in conjunction with the SAP department, sourcing and retrieving parts and materials as necessary, processing all SAP paperwork as necessary (including capital receiving headers, purchase orders, and material requisitions), and maintaining good housekeeping in the parts room. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • One year of experience with basic data entry
  • One year of experience with document filing
  • Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Demonstrate safe working habits
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to learn and perform all positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
  • Willing to assist other team members in other areas
  • Ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
  • Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
