The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. This position will also be responsible for processing Purchase Orders (PO's) and Vendor payment requests. The goal is to ensure the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintain inventory levels to maximize customer uptime. This role requires parts inventory experience with automotive parts, heavy-duty trucks parts, or heavy equipment parts.
