About The Position

Okotoks Nissan is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a dealership parts department and a passion for customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dealership parts department
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Nissan OEM experience is considered a strong asset
Red Seal Parts Certification is an asset

Responsibilities

Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
Order parts and provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, application, and warranty
Recommend companion parts and promote current specials to maximize customer value
Process and fulfill online parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
Handle shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders
Support and grow wholesale parts business, including processing orders and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients
Communicate effectively with technicians and other departments regarding parts availability, backorders and special orders
Support inventory management, including regular counts and organization
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty and referrals
Perform other duties as required
